RETURNS & REFUNDS
At EverSleep, our product is designed and built to work well and make your life easier. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from us. If you’re not, we want to know about it.

* Contact us within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund
* Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment
* Product must be in like-new or gently-used condition
* Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees
If within 30 days of your purchase date you decide to return your EverSleep device, please contact Support@GetEverSleep.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Please note: Any product returned without an RMA number will be refused.

If you purchased your EverSleep through a third-party they have their own return and refund policies which may be different than EverSleep’s.
If you have your original order number please include it with the return request. That way we can reimburse your original purchase price to your original method of payment.
If you can't find your original order number it’s not a problem. We can almost always find you in our system if you purchased manufacture-direct.
To help protect our customers and make sure that every return is fair, we may either require proof of email confirmation/receipt or decline a return in certain situations, including:
• Products that were not purchased directly from EverSleep
• Items that have been used extensively and then returned
• Items lost or damaged due to fire, flood or natural disaster
• Items without email receipt proving ownership and we cannot locate in our order history
• On rare occasions, based upon the nature of your previous transactions with EverSleep
