Production Goes Live

We have an exciting update for you - our first eighty EverSleep units are almost through the production line!

The photo shows a deep tub of eighty units with printed circuit boards, sensors and batteries soldered into place, then programmed and tested, then mounted into housings. The only step left is to glue the lid in place and put them in the shipping box. It’s a great day here.

Over the weekend we had more than 25 nights of testing with good results. We have some software bugs to work out but it is going quickly.

We’re still targeting first shipments in February, but it is day-for-day with our software. We will keep you notified.
