Notice Stress Response of Self and Others

Everyone reacts to stress differently, be aware of your own reactions and try giving those around you grace and patience. Stress reactions can include heightened emotions (fear, anger, frustration), changes to sleeping and eating habits (over eating, or loss of appetite), decreased focus and ability to concentrate, increased use of alcohol and other drugs.
